The Vandenberg-sponsored BRC Fall Seminar was a great success! The evening was standing room only with 65 attendees. As Vandenberg sponsored this event, Dexter gave his semi-annual State of the Market speech and tax attorney Peter Blond answered dozens of questions about NYC townhouse tax assessments, the ins and outs of the tax code, and how to do your due diligence when considering a New York brownstone purchase.
Everyone seemed to enjoy Mr. Blond’s talk, and plenty of questions were asked and answered. According to the feedback, many owners found this information incredibly helpful. Thank you to everyone who participated.
