Emily Barham is a California native who has called the Upper West Side home since she relocated in 2018.  She is delighted to be part of the prestigious Townhouse Experts team, representing the dedicated owners of the quintessential brownstones that give so many neighborhoods in New York City, their charm and character.

Emily works with Listing Director, Nicole Kats and Vandenberg Founder, Dexter Guerrieri to manage the sales process of our exclusive townhouse listings, including preparation of our townhouse exclusive listings for market. Ranging from renovation and staging to open houses and client requests, Emily’s expertise in connecting the right people and project management, helps make this smooth for our clients.  Emily is then intimately involved with the daily workings of what it takes to sell each townhouse, ensuring the sales process is seamless for our clients. She collaborates with Nicole and Dexter to stay in contact post-closing. She also handles the whole house townhouse rentals that we take on for our clients.

Her easy-going personality belies a real talent for organization, attention to detail, and a wonderful eye for design. Before joining Vandenberg–The Townhouse Experts, Emily enjoyed a career as a talent agent booking celebrity speaking engagements with The Harry Walker Agency, a subsidiary of William Morris Endeavor. As a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in International Relations, she looks for every opportunity to indulge her passion for international travel. In her free time, you can find Emily helping renovate and decorate family properties, scouting interesting places for the next potential investment, or eating her way through NYC with her partner. She can also explain quite a bit about breeding seedless watermelons, the family business in California.
