Olivia Guerrieri admits that townhouses essentially comprise her DNA. As the daughter of renowned townhouse experts, Dexter Guerrieri and Jane Ordway, who also happen to be the founders and principals of Vandenberg—The Townhouse Experts, townhouses have always been a part of her lifestyle. From the time that her father took her along as an infant to his open houses to the days when she matured and was allowed to answer their office phones, Olivia has reveled in continuous exposure to that exclusive segment of the market.

Olivia’s experience was further enhanced by both growing up in her family’s townhouse, and now as a proud resident of a brownstone of her own in Brooklyn, which she shares with her 3 dogs. Olivia also has an intimacy with the borough, having been a student at Saint Ann’s from kindergarten through the 12th grade. With the exception of a period of a few years when she headed West to attend school at Colorado College, also her parents’ alma mater, Olivia has been immersed in all phases of the townhouse genre.

Her origins recently culminated when she officially joined the family business in March of 2018 in the position of Marketing Coordinator and Listings Administrator. Prior to that she paid her dues as an intern for the company.

Olivia readily confesses that, for her, townhouse living is the only way she can envision herself. Seeing the fruition of a career for which she feels she has been in preparation her entire life is profoundly gratifying for her. She looks forward to being not only integral to the brokerage community, but also closer to home, a member of the company her parents built.
