Last Thursday’s Vandenberg-sponsored BRC Market Seminar was a fabulous success. The event was standing-room-only, with over 60 townhouse owners, buyers, and preservationists in attendance.
Dexter spoke on the 2012 townhouse market, and Sherwin Belkin Esq. spoke about owner occupancy-proceedings. Attendees also had an opportunity to pose their landlord-tenant questions.
