Vandenberg Exclusive in The New York Times!

42 West 71st Street – $7,400,000

Sunday’s New York Times featured Vandenberg’s exclusive listing at 42 West 71st Street on the front page of the Real Estate section! Click here to view the article.

The article spotlights pets who help sell NYC real estate. Henry, from the Upper West Side brownstone at 71st Street, is a featured feline. Buyers have asked whether “the cat comes with the house” (hoping for an answer in the affirmative, of course!) and “cat-crazed” New Yorkers are charmed by Henry’s freedom of movement and active social life. Dexter is also quoted as saying that Henry and other pets tend to pull their weight as “ice breakers” for nervous buyers. We’re sure that this NYC townhouse‘s neighboring cats will yowl with dismay and miss Henry terribly when the contract on the brownstone closes.
